The space was an empty shell and the project included reconfiguring and adding an aluminum store front at the rear of the building.  A break room was added, and existing accessible toilets were upgraded.

The Bay Area tenant improvement project is located in an office warehouse condominium of 2,800 square feet.

The tenant space was configured to include 2 Conference Rooms, a Reception Area, and private and open Offices.
