The Client Program for the
included extensive opening up of the existing floor plan. This created a large, open Entertainment Area for Billiards adjacent to the updated, open and spacious new Kitchen. An existing In-Law unit was removed and walls were removed to greatly expand the Living Area of the existing house. An elegant cross axis was created in the newly opened up formal Entry Hall. The Entry Hall is now flanked by two large bright and airy spaces.
Detailing was maintained in the house while updating the Floor Plan.
