For the 4 typical apartment units, the Kitchen was remodeled and the Bath was remodeled and expanded by capturing unused space in an existing light well.  The existing layout was altered to create a larger closet for the Master Bedroom and a new gas fireplace was added as the focal point for the large Living and Dining Room. At the 5th lower apartment unit, The Master Bedroom suite was created by capturing unconditioned crawl space. The addition included an expansive Dressing Area with Walk In Closet and Master Bath.

 

The Oakland Apartment Remodel included a complete gut of five large apartments with an addition of 274 square feet, creating a large Master Bedroom Suite for the 5th lower apartment..
