Andrew Morrall Architect was retained as the Architect of Record for the project.  As the Architect brought in to develop a previous design,  I was able to improve the efficiency and constructability of the units. I was also able to significantly increase the size and usable square footage for each unit.  The 15 units are the first phase of an 80 unit planned development.

 

The Oakland Townhouse Project features 15 condominium units arranged in mews and a landscaped setting with private gardens.

The construction documents are completed for the 15 unit townhouse project. 50 sheets of detailed Architectural drawings with a total of 116 sheets of documentation  are completed.  A complete specifications package is included.
