The existing 4,000 square foot home was built in the early 60's along classic California Modern lines.

 

The scope of the project was to remodel an existing 180 square foot Bathroom and a 160 square foot Bedroom creating 2 separate Bathrooms, and a Guest Bedroom Suite.  The existing Bathroom was gutted and walls were reconfigured to create 2 spacious Bathrooms, one serving the Hall and one serving the Guest Bedroom Suite.

The Architect also served as the General Contractor for the project (California Lic.734309)
