The Tenant Improvement Space consisted of a total of 2,800 square feet.   1,300 square feet of which was conditioned on two floors.  The conditioned space on the first floor was remodeled to accommodate two  Conference Rooms and a Reception / Waiting Area. The existing Office space on the Second Floor was to remain.

 

  The remaining 1,500 square feet consisted of unconditioned warehouse space that was reconfigured into a large Open Office,  a Private Office, and a Break Room.

 

  The scope of the project also included the installation of an exterior store front.
